United Kingdom:
Kania is an approved Wildlife Animal Trap
Spring Traps Approval
Order 1995
The Pests Act 1954
makes it an offence to use a spring trap for the
purposes of killing or taking animals in England and
Wales other than one approved by an Order of the
Secretary of State.
British Columbia:
Wildlife Act
Under the British
Columbia Wildlife Act - It is an offence to transport
live wildlife without a "wildlife transportation licence".
This licence is required when using live traps.
Kania traps are
ideal for the humane dispatch of wildlife when
controlling wildlife without a wildlife transportation
